Cartridge Heaters |
Heaterwerks manufactures the most complete line of high density and low density cartridge heaters. Combining engineered designs and quality materials in the most current manufacturing facility is what Heaterwerks is all about. All products and specifications are computer designed utilizing precision winding allowing consistent quality and the flexibility to place the heat where it is needed. Our Incoloy sheath provides protection from oxidation and corrosion. These products are available from ¼” to 1” diameter and unlimited lengths and terminations. The swaged construction of Heaterwerks High Density Cartridge provides a solid solution for your heating requirements.
Heaterwerks Low Density Cartridge Heater provides an economical solution for low temperature, non-abusive applications. Utilizing the best materials available, our manufacturing process offers the most up-to-date equipment producing consistent, high quality cartridge heaters. High purity Magnesium Oxide, Nickel-Chromium resistance wire and stainless steel sheath tubing allows longer heater life and better heat transfer for any process.
