The Accugate and Micron Hot Runner Manifold bushings are ideal for small to large shot-size nozzles specifically designed to work with engineering grade and glass-filled resins.

Accugate is used for medium to large shot sizes that range from 20 grams - 4000 grams

Micron is used for small shot sizes that range from 10 grams – 50 grams

Heaterwerks Manifold bushings are available with different needle drive versions and flow channel diameters from 4.0 mm to 16.0 mm. Thus, they can easily be adapted to specific application and mould design requirements.
