All Heaterwerks Manifolds listed are machined to individual flow channel requirements based on shot size, resin type and nozzle pitch. This provides a manifold that is performance - matched to your specific application.

Heaterwerks Manifolds are manufactured from pre-hardened tool steel. All manifolds include 220 Volt tubular heating elements (for tubulars rated at 208V, consult factory), reflector plates (when required), and a wiring junction box. Locators, pressure pads, and thermocouples are also included. Every manifold is tested at processing temperature prior to shipment.

Utilizing Heaterwerks Direct Feed technology product line will allow application flexibility that can be manufactured using high grade engineering resins or commodity resins.

Accugate Series
The Accugate Series is an exclusive medium to large pitch, flat gate system with the ability to process engineering and glass filled resins. The Acugate Series unique construction allows for the most accurate and reliable heating capabilities of any hot runner nozzle available.

Micron Series
The Micron hot runner nozzle is designed to run small molded parts where close pitch is required.

Sprue Bushing
The integrally heated Sprue Bushing is uniquely designed for high performance and reliability for Direct Feed Applications, even with the most demanding molding cycles and plastic resins.

The advanced heat transfer capability is attributed to the integrally heated design, resulting in higher heat and a more uniform heat profile.

A replaceable thermocouple is strategically located close to the melt flow channel for optimization of processing conditions with all thermoplastics.

Multi-tip Bushing
The Multi-tip can gate up to six parts per unit and is used for commodity resins only.
